1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Kapoor Mansion Lottery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must not participate.
2. Eligibility
- ✦ Participants must be 18 years of age or older
- ✦ Must be a resident of India with a valid address
- ✦ Must provide authentic, government-issued identification
- ✦ One registration per individual — no exceptions
3. Registration Fee
Registration requires a non-refundable payment of ₹1,000. This fee covers administrative processing and KYC verification. Registration numbers are unique and non-transferable.
4. Ticket Purchase
Each verified registrant may purchase exactly one lottery ticket. Ticket price is calculated as ₹7,00,00,000 divided equally by the total number of registered participants. Tickets are non-refundable once issued.
5. Draw Process
The draw is conducted electronically using a cryptographically secure random selection algorithm. The process is live-streamed and a complete audit trail with verification hash is publicly accessible. All decisions are final and binding.
6. Prize Transfer
The winning participant will receive Kapoor Mansion, Bhunter, District Kullu, H.P., transferred to their name within 90 working days of the draw. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, stamp duties, and registration fees arising from the property transfer.
7. Participant Conduct & Expulsion
The organizer reserves the right to expel any participant for fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of identity, violation of these terms, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the draw. Expelled participants forfeit all fees paid.
8. Limitation of Liability
The organizer's total liability shall not exceed the value of the prize. No liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or non-participation.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
