Participation in this lottery does not guarantee winning the prize. The selection is entirely random, and only one participant will receive Kapoor Mansion, Bhunter.
2. Fees and Financial Obligations
- ✦ The ₹1,000 registration fee is strictly non-refundable
- ✦ Ticket price varies based on the total number of registered participants
- ✦ The winning participant is solely responsible for all applicable taxes — including GST, capital gains tax, stamp duty, and property registration charges
- ✦ All property transfer costs are borne by the winner
3. Property Condition
Kapoor Mansion is offered in its present condition at the time of title transfer. No warranties are made beyond those required by applicable law. Participants are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence.
4. Legal Compliance
This lottery is conducted in full compliance with applicable Indian laws. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
5. Fraud Prevention
The organizer reserves the right to:

- ✦ Immediately expel participants found to have submitted fraudulent documents
- ✦ Cancel and void any tickets acquired through misrepresentation
- ✦ Report suspected fraud to the appropriate law enforcement authorities
6. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failures arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or infrastructure failure.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from or in connection with this lottery shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India.
8. Amendments
The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice to all registered participants. Material amendments require explicit participant consent.
